ApolloMD is a privately held physician practice headquartered in Atlanta, GA that provides in Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia and Radiology Services to hospitals nationwide. Since its inception, from a sleepy Emergency Room in Cobb County, Georgia nearly thirty years ago, to its current position of being the 4th largest, and fastest growing company in its industry, ApolloMD has held firm to the principles that are the foundation of its success.

ApolloMD physicians are paid according to the patients that they see and procedures they perform. Physician-Owned/Physician-Run

As a private group with no long-term debt, ApolloMD is able to operate with much lower overhead costs than many of the publicly traded or venture capitalist groups. We pass those savings directly on to our partners and have managed to reduce or eliminate subsidies within 75% of our partner facilities.

Leadership Academy

ApolloMD Medical Directors received training through the ApolloMD Leadership Academy, a two year program that provides physician leaders with the clinical and service excellence tools to deploy at their local practice. Many of our medical directors are our managing partners and have a vested interest in the success of their practice.
