All ApolloMD facilities utilize a care team approach to delivering anesthesia. This allows us to provide quality anesthesia services while fostering the growth and development of our anesthetists. We offer a regional anesthesia competency track as well as a clinical progression track for new graduates in order to provide them with the tools and training they need to perform at their absolute best.Quality of Life & Top Income
ApolloMD anesthetists are provided with the flexibility of working at any of ApolloMD's locations.Anesthetists employed by ApolloMD are offered a high end total package with flexible scheduling options. Our anesthetists are able to work as much or as little as they would like. There is room on our team for the provider who wants to work two shifts a month, as well as those looking to work full time.
ApolloMD does not utilize non-competes, as we believe they hinder both success of the facility and the independence and options of providers.
Anesthetists receive yearly performance evaluations. The purpose of employee performance evaluations is to motivate employees to work at their highest capacity. This is one of the most important tools we have to recognize and improve the contributions and skills of the individuals who make up our organization and to plan for our future success. Each anesthetist undergoes an annual performance review, where he/she is evaluated by a committee of anesthesia providers. The results are presented to the anesthetist, along with recognition of areas of strength and an action plan for any areas of improvement, if necessary.
