David T. Heil

David Heil joined ApolloMD in 2008 and was instrumental in growing and developing the Anesthesia service line before transitioning into business development leadership in 2014. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace, David brings broad expertise across business development, marketing, recruitment, and clinician services, along with a strong understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic challenges facing hospitals and health systems.

As Senior Vice President, Business Development, David leads the development of new hospital and health system partnerships while maintaining and expanding long-standing relationships nationwide. He is recognized for his consultative, executive-level approach and his ability to align ApolloMD’s physician-led clinical and operational solutions with the strategic priorities of hospital and health system leadership. David partners closely with C-suite executives and clinical leaders to build long-term, value-driven relationships that support quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
